- I do not have art trades or requests open!

General :

- I have the right to deny any commission for whatever reason I see fit, and I do not have to tell you that reason
- full payment is due upfront. I will not begin until payment is received. I sometimes accept partial payment only for adopts when autobought.
- if payment is not received in 72 hours, I hold the right to cancel the commission and re-open the slot for someone else to claim.
- I take payment through Square Invoice. Through this you are able to pay using a card or your cashapp account. If you're unable to pay this way, I can accept PayPal.
- You may not resell any artwork or design I have sold to you for more than what you bought it for, unless for example the design has added artwork
- deadlines may incur a rush fee , which is required to be paid up front
- I have the right to post the low-resolution and/or watermarked version of the commission to promote my artwork unless you want me not to; please inform me if you'd like your commission to remain private, or if you prefer to be anonymous!
- As the commissioner, you may share the artwork with credit/use it as a pfp/anything non-commercial. If you plan to use my artwork commercially you must get my permission first. You may not use my art to feed to an AI bot, and you may not use it as an NFT

Your Job :

- commissions (other than custom designs) require a flat-colored, non-compressed reference of the character. I will not work off of descriptions alone. Please try your best to ensure the reference material is understandable and useable; shading and pixelation interfere with my ability to colorpick or properly interpret markings. I will not work from AI generated images.
- extra information about the character is always appreciated! ex. a brief backstory, toyhouse page, mood board, etc. so I can get a better understanding of who this character is. (not required!)
- Please be courteous and do not send NSFW refs without warning me of the contents first
- Please let me know if you change your username/tag before I complete the commission! and also let me know if you'd prefer not to be tagged or named

Refunds :

- Refunds will not be distributed after the commission has passed the sketch phase. For sketch commissions, refunds cannot be provided once the artwork has been started.
- Otherwise, typically you get 50% back.
- I do not offer refunds on adopts.
- Full refunds are only available in instances where I have not yet started the commission at all, or if I have to cancel the commission due to personal reasons.
- If I find out you are evading my blocklist or DNI mid commission, you will be blocked and partially refunded, depending on how much of the commission I got done.

a flat-colored sketch of your character from the neck up on a white or transparent background. There is only one "approval" stage where you can request minor edits. A $5 fee may be added for complex designs.

Do NOT use the sketch as a base for commercial use.

ALL ref types come with a headshot, detail shots as necessary (eyes, maw, paw pads, tail, whatever else), name/pronouns, annotations as needed, and as many props that you want and that can fit.
