GENERAL:- I reserve the right to deny any commission for whatever reason I see fit, and I do not have to tell you that reason.
- Full payment is due upfront. I will not begin until payment is received. I sometimes accept Payment Plans on large projects, but on case by case basis, and usually only for frequent clients who have proven themselves to be reliable.
- If payment is not received within 72 hours of claiming the slot, I hold the right to cancel the commission and re-open the slot for someone else to claim. If you need more time than this, just let me know! In most cases I can hold a commission slot for longer as long as there is clear communication.
- I primarily accept payment through PayPal Invoice. For this I'll need your Email Address! I also accept payment through stripe or cashapp if preferred.
- On average, My turnaround time is approximately 2 months. This might increase for larger commissions (refs, complex backgrounds). I am a full time student & have a day job, and these duties take priority. I will directly contact you if something happens that may delay your commission's completion date.
- Please do not resell my designs/adopts for more than their original price, unless value has increased due to additional art.
- Deadlines (1-3 weeks, depending on size and complexity of commission) may incur a rush fee , which is required to be paid up front.
- By default I assume the right to post the low-resolution and/or watermarked version of the commission to promote my artwork. If you would prefer the commission remain private (unposted) or would prefer to remain anonymous, please inform me and I will gladly honor that request!
- As the commissioner, you may share the artwork with credit, use it as a profile picture, or anything non-commercial. At the moment, I do not offer commissions for the purpose of commercial use. You may not use my art to feed to an AI bot, and you may not use it as an NFT
YOUR JOB:- most commissions require a flat-colored, non-compressed photo reference of the character. I will not work off of descriptions alone. Please try your best to ensure the reference material is understandable and useable; shading and pixelation interfere with my ability to colorpick or properly interpret markings. I will not work from AI generated images.
- extra information about the character is always appreciated! ie. a brief backstory, toyhouse page, mood board, etc. so I can get a better understanding of who this character is. (not required!)
- Please be courteous and do not send NSFW refs without warning me of the contents first
- Please let me know if you change your username/tag before I complete the commission! and also let me know if you'd prefer not to be tagged or named
REFUND POLICY:- Refunds will not be distributed after the commission has passed the sketch phase, (once the client has approved the sketch and I've proceeded with the commission).
-If you request a refund in the middle of the sketch phase, I can give a 50% refund.
- I do not offer refunds on adopts.
- Full refunds are only available in instances where I have not yet started the commission at all, or if I am the one to initiate the cancellation due to personal reasons.
- If you are unresponsive and/or I cannot reach you for an extended period and after multiple contact attempts, you become ineligible for a refund. I will continue to reach out for up to 12 months, at which point your commission may be cancelled/discontinued, or finished without your input. This choice is up to me, and usually depends on how much of the commission is completed.

For $85, I can print, laminate, and ship the badge (within the US). This price includes optional holographic laminate and an NFC sticker at no extra cost.

ALL ref types come with a headshot, detail shots as necessary (eyes, maw, paw pads, tail, whatever else), name/pronouns, annotations as needed, and as many props that you want and that can fit.
